Following the 1/144 scale model kit of the Discovery One, which drew great attention from sci-fi movie fans upon its 2017 release from Moebius Models, a new 1/350 scale Discovery One is now available in an easier-to-enjoy size.
The 1/144 model drew attention for its finished length of 1m, but this 1/350 scale kit comes in at about half that, with a finished length of approximately 43cm.
Taking its shape into consideration, a metal support rod is built into the kit's interior to guarantee a reliable finish.
With over 200 parts, the details are expressed thoroughly, from the antenna of the on-screen Discovery One to the hull surface and engine nozzles.
Of course, a dedicated display stand is included as well.
