Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled for any reason within thirty (30) minutes of placement.

To request a cancellation, please contact us and provide your order number. Cancellation requests submitted after the 30-minute cancellation period may not be accepted.

Once an order has been shipped, refunds, returns, or cancellations requested for customer convenience will generally not be accepted.

If a product arrives defective or damaged, customers must contact us by email or telephone within seven (7) days of receiving the product. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

For approved cases involving defective or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

If a product is damaged during transit, customers must first contact the shipping carrier directly. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement product or issue a refund after the claim has been reviewed. We may subsequently recover the claim amount from the shipping carrier. Therefore, customers are required to notify us and cooperate with any necessary investigation.

Important Notes Regarding Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges

Unauthorized returns sent without prior notice or approval may not be accepted or refunded.

If a package is returned due to customer negligence, including refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs duties or import taxes, abandonment of the shipment, or returning an item without prior authorization, any refund issued will be reduced by all expenses incurred.

Such expenses may include, but are not limited to:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs

  • Customs duties and taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Storage fees

  • Other related charges

If these costs exceed the original order value, no refund will be issued.

Furthermore, orders may not be canceled due to market conditions, increases in product value, scarcity, resale value, demand, or fluctuations in market price after an order has been placed.

By placing an order, including pre-orders, customers acknowledge and accept the risk of market price fluctuations.

Return Period

Customers must contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the product in order to request a return for an approved defective or incorrect item.

Return Shipping Costs

For approved returns involving defective, damaged, or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be borne by the seller.
