Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes for any reason by contacting us and providing your order number. We generally do not accept returns or refunds due to customer reasons after the product has been shipped. However, if the product is defective or damaged, we will respond if you contact us by phone or email within 7 days of receiving the product, regardless of whether the product has been used or not. In such cases, we will bear the return shipping costs. For damages caused by the delivery company, please first contact the delivery company. We will either refund you or send a replacement, and we will then claim a refund from the delivery company. Therefore, please be sure to contact us.
