Hot Wheels Premium 2-Pack 1975 Datsun Sunny Truck (B120) / Custom '93 Nissan Hardbody (D21) Vehicle Toy Minicar for Ages 3 and Up Multi HRR78
[Contents] The Sunny Truck, commonly known as the Sunny Tra, was the first model of Nissan's popular car, the Sunny, released in 1967. The rear half of the body was converted into a truck, giving it a loading capacity of 500kg.
Hot Wheels chose the second-generation Sunny Truck, which was released in 1971, as its subject. The second-generation model was a long-lived car, with production continuing until 1994 in Japan and until 2008 overseas.
Although the Sunny Truck was originally a business vehicle, it was also fun to drive, and after it became a used car it became popular as a "hobby car" for people to tune the engine and customize the body.
On the other hand, the Nissan Hardbody is based on the export version of the D21 model, which was popular in Japan as the ninth generation Datsun truck, and is modeled after a vehicle finished in a "slammed" stance with the vehicle height lowered to the bare minimum, and a "trucking" style, a traditional American custom style that gives a pop and sporty image to pickup trucks.
