The "Missing Link" series is a virtual reprint of what might have existed in that era.
The fifth series features Sunstreaker, who has a narcissistic personality.
What if the original Sunstreaker was fully posable? This product has been created with a completely new design, keeping the size, texture, and nostalgia of the original intact!

While the size, transformation pattern, and basic structure, which uses some die-cast alloys, follow the original Sunstreaker toy, the ideal Sunstreaker toy has been released with updated joints for easier posing and gimmicks from the anime.
The product pays thorough homage to the original, from the packaging to the styrofoam tray, and even more so than the reproduction version, it brings back the excitement of opening Transformers products back in the '80s.
Sunstreaker was created as the first car robot product and appeared as one of the original members in the anime, but was never sold separately in Japan.
This product is the first to be reproduced in the image of the single-item sales box, and since there is no reproduction version, this marks the long-awaited revival of this original type for the first time in 39 years since 1986.
The joints in the original product were limited in terms of posing, but these have been made movable, allowing for free posing.
A new "human/worker type" has been added, which was not included at the time.
Both forms can be manned by passengers in a mobile cockpit.
A plated flare gun of the same type as Lambo is included to recreate the scene from the anime.
In addition, the punch firing gimmick has been removed and instead the fists have been updated to fit inside the arms for complete transformation.
It also comes with a large attachable punch that allows you to recreate the original specifications.
The robot itself also comes with the familiar "secret emblem," and when you warm it up with your fingers the legion mark appears.
The parts that were stickers on the toy at the time have been recreated with relief sculpting and painting, and foil stickers are also included that you can apply as you like, so you can change the color of the shoulders to metallic yellow.
Joint holes for a separately sold stand have been added to the back, allowing you to display it in action poses.
The package illustration is a new drawing based on the era, and a collection card featuring the same illustration is also included.
