While having roughly the same total number of parts as the "HGUC RX-78-2 Gundam" released in 2001, the points of articulation are increased by 1.5 times or more, improving ease of assembly while achieving major gains in range of motion! Powerful posing just like the animation is now possible! The runners use wedge gates so gate marks are less noticeable. The runner layout has been designed for ease of assembly while reproducing fine mobile suit detail with precise molding. Double-jointed elbows and knees reproduce actions such as kneeling on one knee and drawing a beam saber. The waist rotates left and right and bends forward, and the shoulders move up and down. Poses from the show, such as the Last Shooting or holding a rifle with both hands, can be freely recreated.
