The VK.45.02(P) is a legendary tank developed by Dr. Porsche, the creator of the super-heavy tank Maus, after losing the competition for the Tiger I. Two types were planned: a V-type with the turret at the front and an H-type with the turret at the rear. However, the development was halted after the turret was completed, and the mass-produced turret was used for the first 50 Tiger II tanks.

The model is a plastic model kit that reproduces the German Army VK.45.02(P)H prototype heavy tank in 1/35 scale. The turret is from the Tiger I (I Porsche turret), and the 88mm barrel is made of machined aluminum parts, greatly improving the precision. The welding marks and other fine details give it a realistic finish as if it were a real vehicle. Elephant parts are used for the undercarriage.
