By changing the material used for the previous blade, the blade has evolved to be less likely to chip or break.
Furthermore, by reviewing the polishing method, the cutting edge has become even sharper and there is less whitening on the cut surface.

The material has been changed from the tungsten carbide steel used in the "Sustainer Blade Set" to Swiss-made high-speed steel.
This makes the extremely thin cutting edge less prone to chipping, resulting in a blade that will last longer.
In addition, by slightly increasing the thickness of the blade and controlling it with high precision, the difference in height between the blade and the cutting board blade of the Sustainer Nipper ADVANCE is reduced, reducing the amount of uncut gates.

Even highly transparent and hard clear parts can be cut neatly with minimal whitening or cracking.
Although it is replaceable, it has the unique feature of retaining its sharpness for a long time even when repeatedly cutting hard parts with a single blade.
