The "Missing Link" series is a virtual reprint of what might have existed in that era.
The sixth installment features the police car Cordon.
Imagine what it would have been like if the Cordon had been made into a fully posable product back then. This product has been made with a completely new design, preserving the size, texture, and nostalgia of the original!

While the size, transformation pattern, and basic structure that uses some die-cast alloys follow the original toy, this Ideal Cordon toy has been released with updated joint movement and gimmicks for easier posing.
The product pays thorough homage to the original, from the packaging to the styrofoam tray, and even more so than the reproduction version, it brings back the excitement of opening Transformers products back in the '80s.
Cordon was born as the third car robot product, a police car type, and although it was not introduced as a Transformer, its character recognition has been increasing in recent years.
This product is the first to be based on Cordon's original toys.
The joints in the original product were limited in terms of posing, but these have been made movable, allowing for free posing.
A new "Human/Police Officer Type" has been added, which was not included at the time.
Both forms can be manned by passengers in a mobile cockpit.
A plated speed trap gun of the same type as Lambo is included.
In addition, the punch firing gimmick has been removed and instead the fists have been updated to fit inside the arms for complete transformation.
It also comes with a large attachable punch that allows you to recreate the original specifications.
The robot itself also comes with the familiar "secret emblem," and when you warm it up with your fingers the legion mark appears.
The parts that were stickers on the original toy have been recreated with relief sculpting and painting, and stickers that you can apply as you like are also included.
Joint holes for a separately sold stand have been added to the back, allowing you to display it in action poses.
The package illustration is a new drawing based on the era, and a collection card featuring the same illustration is also included.
