Put ice, salt, and water into the main body, and then add the ice cream ingredients such as orange juice.
Close the lid and play the yo-yo for about 3 minutes...As the ingredients mix, the inside of the unit cools to about -7 degrees (actual measured value), and ice cream is made.
You can also make ice cream by removing the string and rolling it.
