Order Processing and Shipping
Orders for in-stock items will generally be shipped within five (5) business days after payment confirmation.
For pre-order items, shipments will generally be made within approximately two (2) business days before or after the official product release date.
Please note that release dates, manufacturer schedules, and product allocations may change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel an order for any reason within thirty (30) minutes of placing the order.
To request a cancellation, please contact us through our support channels and provide your order number.
After the 30-minute cancellation period has expired, cancellations, refunds, or order modifications requested for customer convenience will generally not be accepted.
Orders may not be canceled due to market conditions, increases in product value, scarcity, demand, resale value, or fluctuations in market price after an order has been placed.
By placing an order, including pre-orders, customers acknowledge and accept the risk of market price fluctuations.
Returns, Refunds, and Defective Products
We do not accept returns or refunds for customer convenience after an order has been shipped.
If a product arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the product description, customers must contact us by email or telephone within seven (7) days of receiving the product.
Claims submitted after seven (7) days may not be accepted.
For approved claims involving defective products, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Shipping Damage Claims
If a package is damaged during transit, customers must first contact the shipping carrier and report the issue.
Once the claim has been confirmed, we may provide a replacement product or issue a refund, and we will coordinate the carrier claim directly with the shipping company.
Customers are required to cooperate with any carrier investigation when requested.
Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and may not qualify for a refund.
Customers must contact us and obtain approval before returning any item.
Refused Deliveries and Unclaimed Packages
If a customer refuses delivery, fails to claim a package, refuses to pay customs duties or import charges, or returns a package without prior authorization, any refund issued will be reduced by all expenses incurred.
Such expenses may include:

If these costs exceed the amount paid for the order, no refund will be issued.
Return Period
Customers must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the product if they wish to report a defect or shipping issue.
Return Shipping Costs
For approved returns involving defective or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be borne by the seller.
