Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the contents of your order and the destination address. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and carrier operations. Delays caused by weather conditions, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from shipping delays.
Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Clearance Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authorities upon request.
As customs regulations vary by country, customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of their destination country prior to placing an order.
Shipping Address
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information, including the recipient's name, address, postal code, and contact information, is accurate and complete.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, any additional shipping or handling costs required for redelivery shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Address changes after shipment may not be possible.
Refused Deliveries, Unclaimed Packages, and Returned Shipments
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges, or if a package is returned due to refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or prolonged absence, any refund issued will be reduced by all expenses incurred by us.

If the total expenses exceed the original order value, no refund will be issued.
Lost or Damaged Shipments

Customers may be required to cooperate with investigations initiated by the shipping carrier.
Tracking Information
For shipments that include tracking services, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress through the carrier's tracking system.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are subject to manufacturer production schedules and may experience delays, allocation changes, or release date modifications.
If a pre-order item and an in-stock item are purchased together, the order may be held until all items are available for shipment unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to adjust allocated quantities or cancel orders if manufacturers reduce allocations or product availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled due to market conditions, increases in product value, scarcity, resale value, demand, or fluctuations in market price after an order has been placed.
By placing an order, including pre-orders, customers acknowledge and accept the risk of market price fluctuations.
An increase in the market value or resale value of a product shall not constitute valid grounds for cancellation, refund requests, payment disputes, or chargebacks.
All sales are final once an order has been confirmed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly request cancellations, refuse deliveries, or initiate chargebacks without valid grounds.
