The new-model "Sustainable Blade SHARP#" for the "Sustainable Nippers Advance," with enhanced durability and sharpness.
The material used for the previous blade has been changed, evolving into a blade that's more resistant to chipping and breaking.
What's more, by revisiting the sharpening method, the cutting edge has become even sharper, resulting in less whitening of the cut surface.

The material has been changed from the tungsten carbide steel used in the "Sustainable Blade Set" to Swiss-made high-speed steel.
This makes the ultra-thin cutting edge far less prone to chipping, giving the blade a longer lifespan.
In addition, by slightly increasing the blade's thickness and precisely controlling it, the step between the blade and the flush-cutting edge of the Sustainable Nippers ADVANCE has been reduced, minimizing leftover gate material.

*Depending on the structure, the position of the gate, and how it is cut, a small amount of leftover material may occur in some cases.
*Due to the use of new materials, regular maintenance is recommended.

The Sustainable Blade SHARP# achieves an even sharper cutting edge thanks to an improved sharpening method.
Compared to the previous Sustainable Blade, it has a shallower bevel and is honed into a sharp two-stage edge, so the blade cuts in with a feel almost like cutting a soft material, resulting in a smoother cut surface.

Even highly transparent, hard clear parts can be cut cleanly with minimal whitening and cracking.
Although it is a replaceable blade, a single blade retains its sharpness for a long time even when repeatedly cutting hard parts.

*Because it may damage the main body of the Sustainable Nippers ADVANCE, please do not use it to cut anything thicker than a Φ3mm plastic model runner, or 3D-printed part supports.
