Gabora, featuring its distinctive bright red neck fin, joins Shin Ultraman!
When it first aired in 1966, it was created by reusing the Baragon suit borrowed from Toho, which was then modified into a venerable lineage of kaiju: Pagos, Neronga, Magular, and Gabora, then Neronga again.
Perhaps because of this history, the Neronga and Gabora appearing in this new Shin Ultraman film seem to follow the same approach, with the arms and legs sculpted in nearly identical forms.

Comparing the face of the original Gabora with this new one, this version gives a more "inorganic" impression, unlike the original Gabora, evoking something reminiscent of an Angel from "Evangelion." We hope you'll pick up this masterpiece kaiju for yourself.
